1. Can it be the Director - ESTJ?
Make no mistake, the Director is very determined and rarely gives up once they begin something. They do not want to be seen as failures and would much rather push through the hardships in life. If something becomes difficult, the Director will fight through the struggles in order to achieve their goals. They are not afraid of a little strife, especially when they know what is ahead of them.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Director is relentless. They drive to get things done to their rather high standards. A formidable and effective manager."
2. Can it be the Developer - ENTJ?
Make no mistake here either, the Developer is very persistent with a natural drive that propels them forward in life. They know that they need to work hard in order to achieve their goals and have no problem overcome hurdles. The Developer can realize that things can go wrong and will often plan ways around that. They are determined individuals who are nearly impossible to stop once they set their sights on something.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Developer is very strong-willed. They are not afraid of getting their hands a little dirty, including the use of intimidation, in order to achieve their goals. Great in an emergency management situation."
3. Can it be the Results - ESTP?
The Results is very persistent especially when it comes to something they care for deeply. They are good at pushing others to help them achieve their goals and will not stop until they get it. This attitude can sometimes alienate their friendships, especially with people who are independent. They know how they like things in their lives and want to be sure that everything goes smoothly.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Results is both focussed and driven who does not want to go without the things they desire. They are great in any management crisis."
4. Can it be the Inspirational - ENTP?
The Inspirational is somewhat laid back especially when it comes to their goals. They want to pursue many things at once and rarely find only one thing that they are inspired by. They dislike feeling stuck in one place and want to constantly be moving forward in their lives. When they find something that they are passionate about and emotionally connected to, they will certainly be persistent.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Inspirational is definitely skilled at coming up with a strategic plan to achieve their goals. They will be very determined once they are inspired by something and debate the issue until the cows come home to achieve their goals. As a manager can wander away from the original target."
5. Can it be the Persuader - ENFJ?
The Persuader is the salesman, extremely persistent especially when they have a goal in mind. They are hard to stop when they are heading towards something and are skilled at getting things done. They are definitely persistent individuals and rarely give up when things get hard. They realize that in order to accomplish their goals they need to find ways around the hurdles in their lives.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Persuader is strong-willed and smart who is constantly striving to care for their loved ones. They often overstep the mark by interfering. Can be very effective when working for a good manager rather than on their own."
6. Can it be the Appraiser - ESFJ
The Appraiser is extremely persistent and determined who rarely give ups on their goals. If someone the Appraiser loves is in need, they will go above and beyond to assist them. They will often push past large hurdles in order to ensure their loved ones are taken care of. They can be surprisingly fierce and strong, especially when it comes to the people they love.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Appraiser knows how to make things happen and will often surprise people with their ability to overcome obstacles. This makes them a good sports coach also."
7. Can it be the Promoter - ENFP?
The Promoter can be persistent when there is something they truly want. They have a hard time letting go when they find something or someone they are intrigued by and will likely be very determined. They are good at finding ways around the rules and often know how to achieve their goals. In most cases they are capable of moving on, especially when something does not hold their interest anymore.
E. Hunter™'s view: "When the Promoter has something in mind that sparks their passion they will be extremely determined and persistent in getting hold of whatever it is. In the face of opposition, they can sometimes become belligerent, toxic and unreasonable with a reputation to match. With their short attention span they are poor managers who do not finish things."
8. Can it be the Counselor - ESFP
The Counselor can be persistent when it comes to something they want but they are often skilled at convincing others to get it for them. They know how to get assistance from their loved ones in order to achieve their goals. They are great with people which is what helps them move forward in many situations.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Counselor is terrible with strategy and therefore does not always see the strategic ways to achieve their personal goals. They often request help from the people closest to them. Management positions are for others."
9. Can it be the Specialist - ISFP
The Specialist lacks motivation especially if their goals could harm someone else. They rarely have a desire to push for something that might require stomping on others. They prefer to live life in the present moment, which can cause them to forget about planning for the future. They simply do not have a strong motivation to reach for things that do not inspire them.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Specialist would rather let things happen without trying to force anything into play. This makes them a terrible leader."
10. Can it be the Investigator - INFJ?
The Investigator is definitely persistent when they have an important goal in mind. They have a way of knowing which things they should push for especially when it comes to helping their loved ones. If the Investigator has a goal that is important to someone they care for, they will be nearly impossible to stop. They will do anything for the people closest to them and are good at making things happen. If they are in a bit of a personal slump they might struggle with persistence. They will need to let themselves wallow once in a while in order to recharge and gain back their sense of motivation.
E. Hunter™'s view: "If the Investigator has made up their mind on something, they will not deviate one iota. This can be both good and bad depending on the situation at hand either in a family or work setting."
11. Can it be the Agent - INFP?
The Agent is often laid-back when it comes to pursuing things and prefers to think it through first. They can sometimes lack motivation, especially if they do not feel passionate about something. They can be persistent when it comes to something they feel strongly about emotionally. If an Agent has developed feelings for someone, they will likely become persistent in pursuing them. They do not want to smother that person but they feel it is important to make their feelings and intentions known.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Agent is persistent and determined to an extent. But they live in La La Land which should be taken into account before any management appointments."
12. Can it be the Achiever - ISTP?
The Achiever is very laid-back people and can sometimes lack motivation when it comes to worldly goals. They do not feel inspired by the typical desires of others and often have a very personal set of interests. When they find something that inspires them they are very good at getting what they want. They rarely find themselves intensely motivated but, when they do, the Achiever is difficult to stop. They know what they want and will be fierce when it comes to achieving their goals.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Achiever can surprise others when they are 'on' in a variety of settings. "
13. Can it be the Practitioner - ISFJ?
The Practitioner is definitely persistent people especially when they believe their goal is important. Their main priority is caring for their loved ones which makes them very focussed on getting important tasks done. If they believe that someone they care for needs them they will do whatever it takes. They are surprisingly determined and know how to make things happen. They are often seen as docile and kind people, but they know how to be strong and fierce when it comes to the people they love.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Practitioner's persistence is sorely tested when there is any sign of conflict, especially away from the family and friends. This makes them woeful leaders in business."
14. Can it be the Objective Thinker - ISTJ?
The OT is immensely persistent especially when they have a goal in front of them. They dislike being held back and do not want to fail when they try at something. They hate feeling like they have given up and instead would rather push themselves to their own breaking point. They are hardworking and motivated individuals, who simply want to impress and provide for their loved ones.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The OT dislikes feeling like they cannot do something and will be determined when it comes to getting the job done. This makes them excellent at managing projects."
15. Can it be the Perfectionist - INTP?
On the outside, the Perfectionist is laid back while on the inside they often have a lot of things causing them stress. They often keep these feelings inside which might make it difficult for them to feel motivated. They can be persistent when it comes to the people they care for but can often feel overwhelmed if they do not get much in response. If the Perfectionist has something they are truly passionate about they will try to find a way to push themselves forward.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Perfectionist dislikes pushing others and can have a hard time being persistent because of this. This makes them a poor manager."
16. Can it be the Enhancer - INTJ?
The Enhancer is extremely persistent especially when they have a goal in front of them. They also know when to take a step back though and will only push forward when it makes sense. They are logical and strategic people, which helps them plan out goals for their future. When the Enhancer has a plan in mind there is very little that can stand in their way. They are determined and capable of bringing their desires to fruition no matter what happens.
E. Hunter™'s view: "The Enhancer often plans for the worst which helps them find ways around any mishaps that might occur. They are not threatened at all by conflict or criticism which often surprises others. This makes them excellent 'behind the scenes' managers."
